How ScryMarc licences work

Every ScryMarc tool is bought once. There is no subscription on any product, the software runs on your own machine, and updates within the major version you bought are free.
The principles, on every product
- Bought once. A licence is a one-off purchase. Nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
- Free updates within the version. Every update within the major version you bought is free. When a new major version arrives, owners are offered it at a discount, and you can stay on the version you have.
- Counted per machine or seat. Each licence covers the machines, admins or technician seats shown for its tier below. You can move a licence to a new machine by deactivating it on the old one, or by emailing us.
- Local. Each tool processes your data on your own machine. Activating a licence sends the licence key and a machine identifier to our licensing provider, and nothing else.

Refunds
trustedMARC comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Refund terms for each other product are published with it at launch. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
The full agreement
trustedMARC is sold under its own End User Licence Agreement. A single ScryMarc licence agreement covering every product is being finalised, and will be published on this page before any product is sold under it. Until then, the terms for any purchase are the ones supplied with it.
