The short version: ScryMarc Software builds local-first desktop tools. This website collects no personal data beyond privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, and each of our products processes your data on your own machine.

What data we collect and why
Website analytics. This website uses Cloudflare's built-in analytics, which provides aggregate traffic data (page views, visitor counts, country of origin) without using cookies or tracking individual visitors. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracking.
Contact and support. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence in order to resolve your query.
Purchases and licences are handled per product. See each product's own policy for detail: TrustedMARC, JSONstatus, and InfoTemper.
What we do not do
We do not track individual visitors, use advertising cookies, or sell or share your data. Our products run on your own machine and do not send your working data to us.
Our products
Each ScryMarc product is local-first and keeps your working data on your own machine:
- JSONstatus assembles and redacts Slack exports entirely on your machine, and makes no external network calls. See its privacy policy.
- TrustedMARC processes DMARC reports on your machine, with only optional, disableable geolocation and DNS lookups. See its privacy policy.
- InfoTemper manages Microsoft 365 users by talking only to Microsoft's own APIs with your sign-in. See its privacy policy.
